Sign Approval Group provides professional sign permit and municipal consulting services. Scope, fees and payment terms are confirmed in the applicable proposal, estimate, work order or invoice.
Municipal permit, application and related authority fees are separate from professional consulting fees unless expressly stated otherwise. Where Sign Approval Group advances such fees, they may be billed at actual cost together with an applicable administrative fee disclosed to the client.
Invoices are payable according to the terms shown on the invoice. Services may be paused where accounts are overdue.
Professional fees for work already performed are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before completion, the client remains responsible for services completed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date. Government and municipal fees are subject to the refund rules of the applicable authority and may be non-refundable.
Sign Approval Group provides consulting and application management services but does not guarantee approval by any municipality or other authority having jurisdiction.
